About Aaron

Aaron Seymour is the proud owner and lead attorney of Seymour & Vaughn, the criminal defense and estate planning firm he co-founded with Tommy Vaughn in 2024. A 2015 graduate of Regent University Law School and a veteran of the U.S. Army, Aaron built his practice on a disciplined work ethic, fierce advocacy, and a deep commitment to protecting people and their families at their most vulnerable times. He began as a solo practitioner, founded The Seymour Law Office in 2016, and has grown the firm to serve clients across New Braunfels, San Marcos, and the greater Central Texas.

Aaron’s and his team fight hard for people facing criminal charges, bringing boldness, determination, and an unrelenting dedication to fair outcomes. He mentors the next generation of criminal defense attorneys and pushes to raise the standard of representation in Central Texas by combining courtroom experience with strategic, client-centered advocacy.

In addition to criminal defense, Aaron now leads the firm’s estate planning practice—built on the Personal Family Lawyer model. He guides families through a holistic planning process that goes beyond documents to create a plan that “works when a family needs it most” and that won’t fail the people they love. Aaron and his team offer a clear, educational intake and planning process, fixed fees and transparent pricing, and ongoing membership-style care so families get regular plan reviews and real-world follow-through rather than a binder that sits on a shelf. This approach—focused on Life & Legacy Planning—allows Aaron and his team to build long-term relationships and ensure clients’ plans stay aligned with life, assets, and changing law.

Aaron is blessed to live alongside his amazing wife, Haley, and their three sons. His faith in Jesus, family values, and a love of coaching and service shape both his criminal defense and estate planning work.
